Meetings

The Shuang Wen Parent Association maintains a Google folder containing meeting agendas, minutes, and other items of interest to Shuang Wen families. You must be signed in to a Google Account and request access.

The PS 184M Shuang Wen School PA meets monthly on Wednesdays throughout the school year. In 2026-27, the September and May meetings will take place in person at the school; all other meetings will take place on Zoom. Zoom links will be emailed to all parents in advance of the meeting.

To obtain the login link and password for SLT meetings, please email the PS 184M parent coordinator, Mr. James (jzhao6@schools.nyc.gov).

Members of the school community, including parents, may request speaking time at SLT meetings to discuss specific topics. All such requests must be submitted in writing to the SLT Chairperson (ps184mslt@gmail.com) at least one week in advance of a scheduled meeting date. Members of the school community may also bring issues of concern to parent representatives, including the PA president (president@shuangwenpa.org), prior to SLT meetings.
