Bake Sale
Thank you!
Our Fall Bake Sale raised over $850 to support Family Math Games Night on December 13. An extra-special thank you to all of our bakers and parent volunteers who stood in the rain to help sell hot cocoa, muffins, donuts from Doughnut Plant and bagels from Kossar's!!
The next Bake Sale will be Thursday, March 20!
Big shout-out to the local bakeries who generously donated goodies for the sale:
Tips and Frequently Asked Questions
I don't have time to bake. Can I donate store-bought items?
Yes! Individually packaged items like Kinder Eggs and Rice Krispies Treats have sold well in the past. If you are friendly with any neighborhood bakeries, you can also ask them if they'd be interested in supporting our school with a donation.
What should I make? I need some inspiration.
Here are a few ideas!
Do I need to individually package items?
It's not required, but if you have time to package your baked items, it helps us to sell them faster.
How to Package Baked Goods (cookies, cupcakes, muffins, etc.)
Can I bake with nuts?
Yes. Please let us know what nuts are in your baked goods so that we can tell people.
If you would like to contribute specifically allergy-safe items, please mark these as well.
When are you accepting donations?
You can drop them in the Parent Association room before school on November 19 or 20. Please send us an email at fundraising@shuangwenpa.org so that we know whom to thank! You can also bring items directly to the bake sale on the morning of November 21.
